Returns policy
We have a no return policy. This is because when item leaves our facility it can not be resold again once returned due to the hygiene concerns and the nature of skincare. However if your order is received damaged, defective or there has been a fulfilment error we will gladly replace your products.
Refunds can only be processed if your order has taken discretionally longer than normal to receive. We cannot refund if you simply do not want the products.
