Sundae Skin Co is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We encourage you to contact us through email with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

Please allow 24 business hours for your order to be processed, packed and ready for the courier to pick your parcel up.

 Delivery Time Estimates (Working Days) 

We have partnered up with Royal Mail to deliver your order straight to your door.

Orders should be delivered within 1-2 business days if delivery runs smoothly. Please allow an additional 3 business day grace for if Royal Mail are behind on schedule.

Please note that courier companies do not operate on the weekends.
